Big gun for big boys – AF-S NIKKOR 200-400mm f/4G ED VR II. Nikon Corporation presents an updated lens from AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 200-400mm f/4G IF-ED successor. The main updates are Nano Crystal Coat, which significantly reduces ghosts and flares and the new generation Nikon vibration reduction (VR II) system, witch offers camera shake compensation 4f stops. As all new lens it will have more high quality glass. There will be four ED glass elements build in. These all new features will let photographers to take much better photos. Now we just need to wait for tests.

Tamron 70-300 F/4-5.6 Di VC USD lenses

New telephoto zoom lens from Tamron 70-300 F/4-5.6 Di VC USD development have been announced. This lens will be Tamron 60th Anniversary Model in their lens line and will be far away from all other made Tamron lenses.
First Tamron lens which will have ultrasonic auto-focus drive mechanism (USD) with full-time manual focus override. I must to write, that this lens focusing will be internal. So no extended barrel lets easier to use polarizing filters. As all new lens in market it will have image stabilization (VC). Fits for both full-frame and APS-C digital SLRs. The optical design will have element made from extra-low dispersion (XLD) , similar to fluorite glass.
So this lens promise very much, but we will wait and will see how good these lens are.
First releases will be for Nikon cameras.
